Mark and Sandy are residents in Hickory Creek with their 4 children. We have resided in the area for 12 years.

Mark started in the cleaning and restoration business in 1989. During that time he has worked in the residential, commercial and multi-family industries. He has his certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. With 22 years of experience in the industry, he then established Lefler Services, Inc. in 2002. Our office is located in Lewisville, TX.

Sandy has 23 years experience in the corporate industry and in 2006; she joined Mark at Lefler Service, Inc. to facilitate her knowledge of business and customer service experience.

The business has grown exponentially, from 1 person to 12 person staff and in many areas of service. Our key values for a successful business are: Integrity, Reliability and Quality service.
